Returns & Exchanges

At Chocolate Skateboards, we want to ensure you are stoked on your gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your skateboard decks, apparel, or hardware are in brand-new condition; decks must still be in their original shrink-wrap and apparel must have tags attached.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original shipping box or similar protective packaging, attach the provided label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
